Head of Branch
The incumbent will lead a team of staff to achieve the business targets as well as to ensure efficient operation of the branch and quality services delivered for customers.

• University graduate or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience
• Familiar with retail banking products and services
• Result-oriented with excellent leadership, communication and organizing skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

Head of Marketing Section (Retail Banking)
The incumbent will formulate overall marketing strategy, develop and execute action plans to ensure smooth implementation of business propositions, coach and motivate sales team to promote full range of retail banking products to target customers.

• University graduate or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Familiar with retail banking products and services
• Result-oriented with excellent leadership, communication and organizing skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

Commercial Relationship Manager
The incumbent will develop and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients by providing professional financial services; identify the business opportunities and promote a full range of banking products to achieve business targets.

• University graduate or above
• Minimum 5 years’ sales and marketing experience in commercial banking; experience in the China market would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, independent, creative and outgoing with strong credit analysis skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua, knowledge of Fukienese will be an advantage
• Willing to travel or relocate to China

Personal Banking Manager
The incumbent will develop and maintain long-term relationships with high net worth customers; identify the business opportunities and cross-sell bank products in order to achieve business targets.

• Post-secondary education or above in business related disciplines
• Passed in MPF, Insurance & Securities Intermediaries Examinations is a must
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Sales and service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua, knowledge of Fukienese will be an advantage

Personal Banking Manager Assistant
The incumbent will assist Personal Banking Manager to develop and maintain long-term relationships with high net worth customers; provide retail banking services and promote bank products to achieve business targets.

• Tertiary education in business related disciplines
• Passed in MPF, Insurance & Securities Intermediaries Examinations will be an advantage
• Sales and service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua

Credit Analyst
The incumbent will perform credit assessment and give recommendations on loan applications ; devise control procedures where appropriate to mitigate credit, fraud and operational risks.

• Diploma or Degree holder in business related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in credit or financial analysis
• Strong analytical and report writing skills, able to conduct independent and critical assessments
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Senior Bills Clerk, Trade Services
The incumbent will handle inward and outward bills operation and documentations; examine the bills terms and advise on discrepancies; provide quality services for internal and external customers.

• Form 7 or above
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience
• Sound knowledge of UCP500 and other related regulations
• Good knowledge of PC applications, with proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Clerk
The incumbent will provide general clerical and administrative support to the department designated.

• 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including Chinese, English and Mathematics
• Experience in banking industry or knowledge of accounting will be an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office, English and Chinese word processing

Teller
The incumbent will handle counter transactions and provide quality services for customers; engage in business promotion activities.

• 5 subjects passed in HKCEE including Chinese, English and Mathematics
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Passed in MPF, Insurance & Securities Intermediaries Examinations will be an advantage
