LOCATION: Shanghai
TERMS: 1 year contractor
 

JOB SCOPE
Assisting Ops Officer on running and preparing SH Operations Department’s Acc
ount Maintenance work, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• To handle customer a/c closure and information maintenance.
• To handle Card system for PB and BB account maintenance.
• To check KYC review.
• To handle AMFE/MINB fee.
• To monitor customer ID expired list.
• To send the letters and system maintenance for dormant account.
• To check the RMB account annual documents review.
• To handle reports of both regulatory & internal.
• To file customer pack.

SELECTION CRITERIA
• Outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken English an
d Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A good team-player and able to work under pressure
• Minimum working experience of 1 year in the operations fields largely
fitting into the job scope above.
