Department --HTSO ITO
(Intership Period :2-3 months full time)

Job Duties
1. Remote IT support and regular on-site support for branches and cross-city sub-branches.
2.IT inventory management.Cooperate with CNQ(Headquarter) ITO and branches to manage IT relevant equipment.
3. IT document management. Collect and file IT relevant files according to catalog,maintain full and updated IT documentation for RSC(Regional support Center) and branch IT team.
4.AD administration with request from National Helpdesk team.
5.With SRC leader's guidance to control branches/sub-branches compliance with IT security policy and other IT related policy.
6. Project management like branch,sub-branch,new ATM opening,office renovation tec.
7. Vendor coordination and management.
8.Coordinate with CNQ incident managment team and branch IT on incident fire fighting.
9.Service requirement communication and compliant handling for normal users in branches.

Job Requirements:
1. Good command of computer skills
2. Full time university student
3.Proficiency in both spoken and written English
4.Committed,self-mptivated and can work under pressure
5.Good interpersonal skill & communication skills.
