Intern-Customer Services Assistant
(Vacancy: 2, Location: Chengdu)

Job Duties:

 l        To greet customers at the first point of contact as soon as the customer approach branch

l        To direct customers to relevant Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Tellers desk or answer customers simple enquiries if CSR/Teller is occupied

l        To provide excellent service to customers through introducing appropriate banking services by understanding customer needs

l        To provide assistance in queue management and branch merchandizing display

l        To back up CSR who is on leave or during lunchtime

Job Requirements:

 l        Senior of undergraduate or second year of post-graduate

l        Good communication and selling skills

l        Good understanding of banking products and service

l        Good spoken and written English

l        Well organized

l        Nice personality and presentable appearance

Intern-Trade and Supply Chain Assistant

Job Duties:

l        To answer customer’s inquires and to explore trade business potential from prospective

l        To maintain existing non-borrowing relationships, identify their needs and cross sell relevant commercial banking products and services

l        To support headquarter instigated and in-branch Trade Marketing Activities

Job Requirements:

l        Senior of undergraduate or second year of post-graduate , majoring in International Trade preferred

l        Basic commercial banking knowledge

l        Strong communication and interpersonal skill

l        Quick learning, outgoing and preferably aggressive

l        Able to work independently

Intern-Commercial Banking Assistant

(Vacancy: 1, Location: Chengdu)

Job Duties:

l        To assist the preparation and follow up on all documentation relating to Commercial Banking

l        To liaise with other departments to solve customers enquiries

l        To assist in management reporting and updating information on the database

l        To ensure all service standards are complied with for both new business leads and existing customer services

l        To read internal and external regulations regularly and ensure compliance in all areas

l        To complete other tasks assigned by CMB Manager independently

Job Requirements:

l        Senior of undergraduate or second year of post-graduate, majoring in Accounting, Finance preferred

l        Basic commercial banking knowledge

l        Good command of spoken and written English

l        Good analytical thinking and attention to details

l        Good communication and PC skills
