-       Good communication skills and customer focused
-       Speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, good English

-       Provide support to customer service officer with daily administrative

tasks; data entry, copying, scanning, preparing materials for seminars 
-       Follow up with client’s inquiry and feedback to customer service team
