Job Duties:
-To proactively conduct marketing activities aimed to identifying and developing prospective corporate customers with satisfactory return on profitability
-To make referrals to other departments and group offices as and when appropriate
-To cross-sell trade, deposit, corporate and banking products to both existing and new customers by coordinating with other departments to address customers’ needs
-To assist the SME manager in recommending credit proposals which involve both trade and other facilities for approval
-To support Banking Services to serve corporate accounts, such as account openings and other corporate banking general enquiries
-To regular review of the performance of customers and take appropriate actions whenever necessary
Job Requirements:
-University graduate or above
-Minimum 3 years general banking experience preferably in credit and/or marketing related functions
-Be highly motivated and organized and willing to work under pressure
-Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
-Demonstrate good selling and negotiation skills
-Be able to analyze information quickly and use initiatives to identify sales opportunities
-Be able to deliver high quality customer service standard
-Good command of spoken and written English
-Good command of computer literacy eg. MS Office
