Job Duties:
-To ensure high standard of service is delivered by monitoring counter staff performance and effective coaching.
-Monitor transactions over counter.
-To be familiar with PBOC and SAFE rules and regulations or any updates and effectively cascade this knowledge to subordinates.
-To support department sales strategy by developing counter staff service and sales mindset, maintaining customer relationship, retaining deposits and proactively referring potential customers to Banking Services Manager.
-To collect market intelligence and report customer feedback, usage, receptiveness etc.
Job Requirements:
-At least 3 years of operations and customer service management experience in personal banking;
-Bachelor degree holder or above;
-Good spoken and written English;
-Good understanding of PBOC & SAFE Regulations
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
-Good team player
