Job Duties:
- To process loan drawdown/rollover/repayment upon receipt of customer's request according to facility arrangement; and to calculate and collect facility related fees, interests, commissions etc
- To check the contents of the security documents to ensure that they are acceptable and in order and that any formalities to convey a good title to the Bank are complied.
- To maintain a proper monitoring system on timely receipt of security documents, as well as compliance on facility covenants, internal conditions etc
- To perform HUB maintenance according to approved CARM, HUB reports, facility documents, legal documents, etc
- To handle issuance/extension/cancellation of Standby DC/guarantee etc
- To prepare periodic regulatory/AOC returns within deadline
- To process staff housing loan granting/review/repayment according to approval of AOC HR
- To handle enquiry/correspondence from customer/group office
- To file related documents timely and orderly
Job Requirments:
- 1 years related work experience
- Major in international economic law or international trade
- Credit knowledge, HUB knowledge, PC skills, Inter-personal skills
- To familiarise with CPM, BIM 3, CRM CL & local laws and regulations to ensure a good quality of credit control and loan operations.
