Operations Service Clerk
Job Duties:
- To receive customer instruction, check account to ensure a sufficient balance to cover transaction;
- To ensure the validity of customer's instruction;
- To check supporting documents for FCY outward remittance/local transfer/FCY conversion to RMB as per internal procedure & local regulations;
- To handle general customer enquiries over the counter and refer to relevant staff/supervisor if necessary.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate, major in Accounting, Economics, International Trade, Languages or related field;
- General banking operations knowledge;
- Remittance /local transfer job knowledge;
- Good command of local regulations issued by local authorities;
- Knowledge of money laundering;
- Good command of English and Chinese;
- Good communication skills.
Teller
Job Duties:
- To perform accurate and efficient counter service and offer high standard of courteous service to customers;
- To introduce/promote appropriate products/services to customer to satisfy their need;
- To be familiar with local rules and regulation to answer customer enquiry and provide good service;
- To provide back office support by performing document checking under different payment items;
- To always keep alert for any suspicious money Laundry activity and do report duty to superior;
Job Requirements:
- University degree;
- Good sense of customer service;
- Good communication skill;
- Good spoken and written English. Cantonese is preferred;
- Committed, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
GBF Assistant
Job Duties:
-To handle corporate a/cs and all credit related transactions and maintenance including;
1)to establish customer record and facility limit, effect loan drawdown, issue RMB loan agreement, collect payment of principal, interest, commission, commitment fee etc. ;
2)to arrange funding to FCD for loan drawdown/rollover/early repay/interest review ;
3)ensure all customers and accounts information are correctly captured into HUB System;
4)follow up with any repayment in arrears .
-To update PBOC Credit Information Registration System on movement of all advances -To prepare periodic Returns to AOC and local authorities before deadline;
-To handle customers' enquiries on transactions related matters.
Job Requirements:
-University degree;
-Writing and communication technique in English and Chinese is essential;
-General banking operations knowledge;
-Committed, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
