Customer Service Assistant  ost Date: May 08    
Job Duties:
  
n         To greet and welcome all walk-in customers as soon as the customers enter the branch in order to enhance the moment of truth to the customers and upgrade the Bank’s overall service profile.
n         To proactively identity sales opportunities, cross-sell bank products and services most beneficial to customers, and refer to relevant staff to complete the sales when appropriate.
n         To handle customers’ requests and enquiries.
n         To relate customers’ queries and complaints to relevant branch staff or other internal departments for proper handling.
n         To assist in queue management and maintain a high quality service and sales environment in the customer area of the branch.
n         To perform other branch operational duties such as account opening maintenance as assigned after banking hours.
 
Job Requirements:
 
n         Good communication and selling skills
n         Good understanding of PFS products / services
n         Good spoken & written English
n         Well organized
n         Nice personality and presentable appearance 

 

 
Teller  ost Date: Apr 08    
   Job Duties:  
· To provide efficient counter service by performing skillfully, promptly and accurately for all counter transactions; and by handling customer enquiries professionally and solving their problems to their satisfaction
· To provide back-office support by performing account maintenance and other required duties
· To support branch service and sales strategies in cross-selling and proactively referring potential customers to Customer Service Officers and Personal Relationship Managers                              
Job Requirements:
· University degree
·  Good spoken English
·  Clear and logical mind
·  Good at mathematics
·  One years work experience or above, preferably customer-facing nature
·  Strong service mind-set and sense of responsibility 


 
Personal Relationship Officer(客户关系主任)  ost Date: Apr 08    
     Job Duties:
· Identify potential customers, evaluate customer needs and cross-sell banking products
· Manage a portfolio of premier customers, proactively deepening and growing the portfolio
· Deliver high standard of professional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Contribute to staff training and development                      
 Job Requirements:
· At least 2-3 years sales or customer relationship management experiences
· Bachelor degree holder
· roficient in both written and verbal English; Candidate who speaks fluent 3rd language/dialet (e.g.Japanese, Korean or Cantonese) would be considered at the highest priority.
· Good communication skills and interpersonal skill
· ositive, Outgoing and Confident
· Can work under pressure
