Job Requirements:

·         ·Solid knowledge on Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) operations and products

·         ·Good understanding of local rules and regulations and internal guideline

·         ·Strong sense of responsibility

·         ·Good written and spoken English

·         ·Good sales sense and selling skills

Finance Assistant

Job Duties:

·         ·To help line manager to prepare both regulatory returns/ad hoc surveys and internal returns and ensure that all returns are correctly finalized in a timely and efficient manner;

·         ·To assist line manager in the implementation of new reporting requirements (eg. check with regulators for the detailed reporting requirements; coordinate with other departments to automate the returns);

·         ·To calculate sub-branch TAX (PT, BT, WHT, Stamp duty, etc.), prepare relevant vouchers for posting and be responsible for the settlement with local tax bureau;

·         ·To be responsible for proof balance and reconciliation for local nostro accounts;

·         ·To maintain sufficient funding position at sub-branch level;

·         ·To back up FIC during his/her absence.

Job Requirements:

·         ·BA degree, preferably in Accounting or related fields;

·         ·Familiar with banking knowledge; 

·         ·Good computer skill & detail oriented;

·         ·Committed, self-motivated and can work under pressure;

·         ·Frequent Business Trip is required.
