Brief Introduction of CMB Summer Internship Program
To ensure that Citi has a pipeline of future leaders, Citi recruits a number of outstanding master-degree holders every year to join the Citi Management Associate Program. As an important strategy of Citi talent development, the program aims to select students with leadership potential, develop them through trainings and rotations to to meet Citi’s rapid business growth needs in China.
The Citi Summer Internship Program provides an opportunity to also be considered in the selection process for this CMB Management Associate Program.
The CMB Summer Internship Program is a 3-month program, starting from July 2008 to September 2008. During the internship participants have the opportunity to work on full time basis.
The top performing interns from the program will be selected and invited to participate in the process for the opportunity to be selected to join the Management Associate Program at the end of the internship. Candidates who successfully pass the final selection process after their internship will be offered positions as 2009 Management Associate. Additionally when the new semester starts there may be the opportunity to work part-time as per school curriculum schedule.
General Requirements:
1.Due to graduate and successful pass a Masters Degree in year 2009
2.Strong academic performance in both undergraduate and postgraduate studies; winner of scholarships and prizes for various kinds of competitions preferred
3.Leadership experience in student associations, social organizations or important social events
