China Capital market Management Trainee Programme Introduction:
   - Programme targeting for sales & trading department
   - Will have rotations among several different departments even cities.
   - Training content including product pricing and sales skills
   - Competitve salary and challenging responsibilities.

   Recruitment criteria:
   -  Top university graduates of Master's degree in economic, financial or
   mathematics;
   -  Bachelors  in  those  majors  with excellent academic record would be
   welcomed;
   - 1-2 year experience in financial industry a plus;
   - Ready for working under pressure.
