职位要求：
We would like to look for an intern for the business .
Requirements are：要求
a.Able to come at least 4 days a week for at least 3 3 months period - so we prefer a post graduate student
b.Familiar with excel and power point
c.Comfortable with English – read & write

Main responsibilities：职责
a.to set up MIS ( Management Information System) reports for business units
b.consolidate and prepare performance reports of team members and business units
c.to provide meeting support during weekly team meetings – report consolidation , minutes writing , follow up on action points
d.to develop a standardized pitch book for the two businesses
e.to support the team assistant in basic documentation as and when required
f.any other ad hoc projects and assignments
