Recruitment for business analyst

We are looking for creative, diligent and passionate candidates to join our team
. The job will be challenging and you will have the opportunity to grow with our
 business expansion.
 
Title:  Business analyst, Location: Chengdu
 
Duties:
1．  Generate insightful analysis focusing on consumer financial market for 
our business units across countries and products
2．  Use SQL to manipulate and extract data from large scale database
3．  Use SAS to perform standard statistical analysis, predictive modeling, prof
iling, clustering and reporting
4．  Construct and produce portfolio level MIS reports
 
Requirements: 
1．  Bachelor’s Degree (Master a big plus) in Statistics, CS/EE, Math, Operatio
ns Research, MIS, Finance, Management or other related filed
2．  Strong analytical abilities and understanding of quantitative/statistical a
nalysis
3．  Extensive use of MS Word, advanced Excel and PPT
4．  Academic excellence, pass CET-6
5．  Solid English written and verbal communication ability, including the abili
ty to put together clear, concise, accurate reports and Email communication
6．  Willing to take the challenges of expanding your knowledge in 
technical/financial/marketing area, running multiple tasks concurrently and deli
vering results within deadline
 
Following Skills will be big advantages but not required: 
1．   Strong programming experience (SAS/SPSS/SQL skills highly preferred)
2．   Research skills in advanced statistics or data mining
3．   Knowledge of marketing, management science or consumer financial industry
