Intern – IT project assistant (6 months)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Scope: AP Regional
 To assist Technical Project Manager for communication with relevant p
roject stakeholders
 To assist draft / update / review project related documentation
 To assist organize project related meetings
 Tech team internal affairs coordinator (like teambuilding, group meet
ing and timesheet and so on...)
 Other tasks assigned by Technical project / Application support team

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor / Master from Top Tier University (at least 4 days attendanc
e per week)
 Excellent written / verbal English and communication skills. (Must ha
s CET 6 or above)
 IT knowledge: AIX / Unix / Windows OS, Oracle / MSSQL DB, JAVA, IBM-M
Q etc.
 Strong MS Office skill.
 Experience in Project /IT assistant.
 Good Presentation skills
