a. Can speak/ write in English and Chinese
b. Good oral and written communication
c. Good organization skills
d. Ideally finance/Economics major
e. Availability: ideally 5 days a week. If not possible, at least 4 days a week, at least 3 months 
f. Education level: ideally someone who already graduated college. Currently doing masters is good. 
g. Maturity level should be high. Good if they have previous internship experience.
