Teller
Job Duties:
- Perform all cash related transactions (cash withdrawal, cash deposit, credit card cash advance, Traveller’s cheque etc.) accurately, promptly and skilfully. Report any suspicious transactions to Section Head/OIC/Manager immediately;
- Answer customers’ enquiries professionally and solving their problems to their satisfaction. Meanwhile, seek any possibility to open new account and attract more deposit;
- Handle other account services professionally and efficiently, including instant TT, emergency Encashment, TMD etc.;
- Report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement In customer service;
- Prepare regular returns to SAFE/PBOC/FCD related to counter transactions and keep a scientific and smart filing system within the relevant area;
- Cross-sell bank products/services to customers.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge on retail operations, bank products and services;
- Familiarity with local rules and regulations;
- Good communication skills and fluent spoken English.
