英国汇丰银行招聘启事
职位：Assistant-Account Payable
2011年大专、本科应届毕业生（大专生优先考虑）
Job Duties:
To handle bank expenditure payment of China;
1.    Effect daily expenses payment according to department’s instruction.
2.    Effect payment of bank regular service, including telephone charges, office and residence rental, management fee, utilities, deposit etc.;
3.    Pay premise capital expenses (renovation, installations etc.)
4.    Effect payment for the purchase via Buy smart.
Prepare maintenance form for fixed assets.
To make accrual and amortization on a monthly basis, and actively follow up outstanding items in suspense account.
Deal with daily inquiries;
To make sure that the operations are complied with internal and external requirements.
Job Requirements:
Meticulous and precautious in daily operations;
Good interpersonal skills;
Good command of English;
Good service mindset;
Strictly adhere to procedure guidelines and regulatory requirements;
Be able to work under pressure.
