客服培训经理 CS Training Manager
岗位职责:
1.建立和维护客户服务培训课程体系;
2.与运营部客户服务密切合作,系统分析和确定培训需求,确保培训计划和方案能够满足客户服务发展需要;
3.设计和实施培训项目,确保培训项目质量;
4.制定具体工作流程和方法,建立有效评估机制,确保培训有效性;
5.加强领导和管理,确保各项活动与公司方针政策步调一致;
6.倡导员工积极参与决策,加强团队建设和人才培养;
7.有效利用资源加强团队能力建设和提升;
岗位要求:
1.大学本科以上学历;
2.五年以上相关行业工作经验;
3.丰富的客户服务中心人员培训和客户服务中心日常运作经验;
4.出色的课程设计、授课能力;
5.良好的团队领导和沟通技能和跨部门工作经验;
6.具有银行/金融服务背景优先考虑;
销售培训师
职位描述:
Job Responsibilities:
1.To align with corporate strategy, provide quality sales training and support to bank branch and direct sales force on nationwide basis;
2.To plan, organize, implement and follow up sales training programs;
3.To support Marketing & Sales on sales promotion and daily management of direct sales force;
Requirement:
1.University degree holder, a minimum of 3 years sales training experience is a must. Industry background like Bank Card, FMCG, Insurance, Cosmetics or related is highly preferred;
2.Good understanding of sales people development and appreciation towards sales environment and sales mentality is a must;
3.Outstanding knowledge and hands-on experience in training methodology, curriculum design, course development and delivery (Please specify courses delivered along with application);
4.Mature in personality, work proactively under pressure, strong interpersonal and communication skills and tolerance of ambiguity; Frequent traveling is required;
5.Basic English in writing and spoken is a must.

4.工作积极、热情,沟通能力突出,能够承受较大工作压力,需经常出差;
5.具备一定的英语书面和口头沟通能力。
