Personal Financial Services Officer

Direct Sales (DS) for retail individual banking is to provide high level of pe
rsonal services to the bank’s customers and to maximize the sales of individu
al banking to help towards making SG the best retail bank in China.

To maximize the sales of the bank’s products, and to meet/exceed specific tar
gets where appropriate;

·To hand over customer relationship properly to their CRMs;

·To provide excellent customer services to clients and make sure all enquirie
s and complaints are

 accurately and effectively resolved to the satisfaction of customers;

·To maintain a high standard of appearance of the sales location and of the s
ales staff;

·To be able to prepare and submit daily or weekly reports to the Head of Dire
ct Sales.

·To comply with local regulation and internal procedures.
