Intern - IT support engineer职位描述： 
  We will prefer students:
-who can start ASAP
- who is able to work 4-5 days / week till the end of August.

Main Responsibilities

- Process received emails or hotline calls from application users
- Log request/incident timely into tools with detail information and category/assignee group
- Process pre-defined request(eg, ID release) according to knowledge base
- Communicate with user/assignee for case information, status update, application outage

Candidate Profile

Academic Background
Bachelor Degree

Working Experience
- Good communication skills & strong motivation
- Good English reading and writing
- IT background if preferred

Skills & Competencies
Language Skills English, Chinese
