Main Responsibilities:
Work under pressure and fast-paced environment to resolve issues quickly and ensure the the daily operation is smooth
Provide Help Desk hotline, call logging and technical support to all China users
Follow up the status of all outstanding support cases
Perform inventory collection and management of desktop hardware
Create and maintain technical documentation for support applications
Provide backup support for Operators for day to day system and user file backup and restoration for various systems
Take other responsibilities given by the DUS team leader
Desktop software installation and hardware/software troubleshooting
PC setup for new joiners and provide software training to users
Relocation for desktop items and maintain the correct inventory record
Participate regional projects for desktop side
Update Joiner and Leaver procedure on a regular basis

Candidate Profile:
University degree, major in Computer Science, or related area
Good understanding of general desktop hardware and software in Microsoft Windows and Office
Sound knowledge for Windows enterprise setup including Active Directory
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Strong commitment and team spirit
Self management skills and initiative and a proactive way of work
Must be proficient in both written and spoken English
Basic knowledge for Windows scripting
MCSE ,CCNA is prefered
