  • Job Description- SME Relationship Manager

    Driving business targets of the SME Banking segment. Keep abreast with SME mar
    ket developments to achieve better customer service and sharpened sales focus.
     
    Key Roles & Responsibilities
    Acquire new businesses via outselling of existing/ new SME products to SMEs, a
    nd cross-sell other CB products.

    Interview credit applicant, collect and analyze financial and related data to
    determine the general creditworthiness of the prospect and merits of the speci
    fic loan request, establish and negotiate terms under which credit will be ext
    ended, including costs, repayment method and collateral requirements, prepare
    the credit proposal and application for approval.

    Manage and outserve existing allocated portfolio of SME customers, and achieve
    d the assigned revenue target via providing of total banking solutions.

    Responsible in maintaining of healthy portfolio including identify the early w
    arning signals and raise for EAR meeting discussion.

    To assist CMR team in recovery efforts in event that accounts are further down
    graded to CAC.  

    Responsible for identifying the business monitoring and testing and reporting
    findings, exceptions and results from such monitoring/testing activities.

    To monitor and ensure strict execution of KYC policy within the SME Banking.


    To constantly operate within the compliances guidelines set by group standard
    and/or local regulations.

    Constantly stay in touch with SME market to understand the latest development
    in the SME market in term of products and/ or services, to suggest and help th
    e SME Banking management in implementation of new product and/ or services of
    SME Banking China.
    From time to time, to complete ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager, deem
    ed appropriate and necessary for the smooth functioning of the department.

    Qualifications & Skills
    With certain years of banking experience preferred;

    Good marketing, communication, and interpersonal skill;

    Willing to work under pressure;

    Proactive, positive attitude, customer oriented, self-motivated & a strong cha
    mpion of team work;
     
    Good command in written English.
