1.Premier  Relationship Assistant(客户经理助理)--PRA

Main Responsibilities:

l        Help PRO to take care of the customer portfolios.
l        Handle back office operations for PROs such as system inputting, faxing, data/report updating, issuing bank certificates, documents filing etc.
l        Serve visiting customers when the PRO is occupied and handle simple transactions for the customers.
l        Answer customer calls if PRO is not available.
l        Answer incoming enquiry calls.
l        Follow up referrals from other sources.

Job Requirements:

l        Bachelor degree or above.
l        Good command of English.
l        Working experience in service/sales industries preferred.
l        Self-motivated and teamwork.
l        Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 
2.Customer Development Representative--CDR

Main Responsibilities:

l        To achieve sale of personal banking products/services at pre-set targets;
l        To hand over customer relationship properly to their relationship managers after closing sales;
l        To provide excellent services to customers and ensure all enquiries and complaints are accurately and effectively resolved to customers' satisfaction;
l        To participate actively in team building activities to share information/ideas while contributing suggestions for work improvement;
l        To timely prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales status.

Job Requirements:

l        University degree or above;
l        Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation skills;
l        Well-developed service and sales attitude with ability to work under pressure;
l        Presentable, outgoing and persuasive;
l        Good spoken and written English is preferable

3.Teller  (柜员)  

Main Responsibilities:

l        To do regular transactions including FCY Exchange Inward DD/TT, buying and selling T-cheque ITT arrangement cash advance, DPS operation;
l        To reimburse daily/miscellaneous expenses authorized/endorsed by Deputy Manager or Branch Manager; To balance cash at the end of the day and return cash with teller box to cashier;
l        To check customer balance, issuing balance certificate and bank reference letter;
l        To answer customer's all kinds of requirements and accept their instructions;
l        To hand credit cards and pins for customer over counter;
l        To prepare report to FCD & SAFE.

Job Requirements:

l        Bachelor degree or above;
l        Good command of oral English;
l        Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility;
l        Strong communication skills and problem solving skills;
l        Commitment to service and sales and willingness to work under a flexible timetable;
l        Knowledge of PC and typing skill.

4. Home Mortgage Loan(HML) Arranger

Main Responsibilities:


l Screen and control quality of HML application packages
l Scan HML application packages or track application package courier (SHH)
l Act as focal point between frontline and CCR
l Monitor post drawdown process, e.g. outstanding security
l    Conduct MI analysis on approved, cancelled and lapsed cases for management monthly review
l    Support training of new hires and greater interaction between credit and sales (manage training calendar)
l Prepare EBF application packages

Job Requirements:
l Sound knowledge of HML product, credit policy and business process
l Strong in HML documentation
l Strong communication skills
l Fluent in written English
l Teamwork spirit

 

 

5. Home Mortgage Loan(HML) Sales Representative

Main Responsibilities:

l Acquire new HML application from on-site sales activities or other channels developed by HML Business Develoment
l Follow up new HML cases referred by Customer Development Rep. and/or branch staff
l Follow up HML approval and drawdown process for new applications

Job Requirements:
 

l Sound knowledge of HML product, credit policy and business process
l Strong selling skills in HML sales with support by outstanding past HML performance
l Strong service mindset to achieve satisfactory service performance
l Strong compliance mindset with no sales breach record
l Teamwork spirit
